Thank you for your enquiry re offering a home to a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel through our Rescue & Welfare Service.

This form is designed to find out about you and your circumstances so that we can match dogs with the most appropriate home. Our first priority is the dog, and we have to be sure that having already been moved from one home the dog will have the best chance possible of settling permanently in his/her new home.

You will be expected to pay a fee once a suitable dog is found for you. This is to help with the veterinary, transport & administration costs of the service.
